Processing Time

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options through DHL Express and Japan Post to suit your needs. Please note that delivery times vary by destination. The following are estimates and do not include time for customs clearance.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• DHL Express Worldwide (Fastest & Fully Trackable)

  • USA / Canada / Europe: 5–8 business days
    
    

• EMS - Japan Post (Express Mail Service)

  • Europe: 8–12 business days
    
    

• International Small Packet - Japan Post (Registered Airmail)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Liability

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently use DHL for all shipments. Please note that we only use trackable shipping methods. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of any package that has been officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Import Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little Tale Box is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
